CFSA DE L'AFTEC
The AFTEC offers a Series of Pro Pro Bac formations: secretariat, sales, management, accounting, bank, computer science, tourism, communication… Training is mainly done on a rotating basis. The company is informed of the course of the apprentice at CFSA throughout the training (notes, absences…). The training is a at the end of the course. Travel expenses (home-CFSA) for accommodation and meals (during periods of CFSA) are reimbursed (see the barême of the Regional Council). The apprenticeship contract is a fixed-term employment contract (DDC) for 12 to 36 months (with a 2-month trial period) signed between a business and a youth from 16 to less than 26 years. Apprentices enjoy the same rights and duties as other employees of the company (social cover, paid leave, etc.). He is accompanied by a master of learning for the duration of the contract. It is paid as a percentage of the SMIC. The remuneration of the apprentice is exempt from income tax. The apprentice benefits from a student card, giving entitlement to tariff reductions. The company benefits from payroll tax relief and a learning tax credit (under certain conditions).
