IDYLIA

Idylia is a concept of serviced residences for young seniors, inspired by Canadian and American models, but adapted to the French lifestyle. They are designed for people over 65 years old, alone or in couple, looking to rent or buy a home - at the best price - with security, conviviality and a possible help in daily life. These residences are perfectly secured by digicodes, motorized gate, video doorkeeper, access control, fire detection in the housing, remote assistance, but also by a human presence during the day. The activities proposed by the coordinator and the lounges dedicated to leisure activities encourage exchanges and contact with neighbours. Within the residence, the Nature et Santé institute is a space entirely dedicated to well-being: beauty care, body care, hydrotherapy, etc. The residences are ergonomically designed (walk-in shower, no threshold, non-slip floor, grab bars, etc.) and are adapted to people with reduced mobility who can move around easily in their apartment, alone or with the help of a life assistant.
