Depuis 3 ans, j'ai changé 3 fois de femme de ménage ( dont 2 qui ont quitté la société pour paiement fréquemment en retard ) !!!!
Et maintenant, je n'ai plus de femme de ménage....
Il me propose aucun remplacement et donc je dois donné mon préavis !!!!
Aujourd'hui, je dois trouver une autre femme de ménage dans une autre société.
Aucun clientélisme, j'hallucine!!!!!
Côté professionnel, plus rien ne suit... le matériel est défectueux et si les salariés peuvent être compétents, les meilleurs éléments préfèrent fuir l'entreprise.
A noter, le gérant à un sérieux problème de respect que ce soit envers la clientèle ou le personnel.
