A remarkable classic garden of 3,700 m², occupied by the town in 1905, with a playground that's very popular with families.
With a surface area of 3,700 m², this classical style garden offers a remarkable view of the chevet of the Sainte Croix cathedral as well as the 18th century façade of the old bishop's palace. Just behind the cathedral, it was once the bishop's orchard, hence its name. In 1635, the first stone of the episcopal palace that it surrounds was laid. In 1905, after the separation of church and state, the city took charge of this sublime garden in the classical style. It has a playground that is very popular with families.
