The tiny boutique at Halles-Châtelet is B.Glacier's other haunt. Here, you can just grab an ice cream to go, or buy handcrafted ice creams, sorbets and delicious frozen entremets. What a delight! The entremets are also worth a detour: marmite of nougatine or truffier (vanilla-Grand-Marnier) sorbets. Boxes of macaroons, whether fruit or iced, remain a sure-fire source of pleasure. Nearly 45 flavors are available in 1/2-liter cube to take away! A great place to prepare your festive meals. You can also enjoy these iced desserts from the comfort of your seat in the nearby tearoom: 8 bis, rue des Albanais.
