STORIA DI GUSTO
If you enter through the central aisle inside the shopping centre where the halls are located, you can't miss one of the most attractive stalls as the variety of products of this Italian delicatessen is so flourishing and appetizing. Storia di gusto! See, as far as pasta dishes are concerned: Bolognese or vegetable lasagne, cannelloni with veal in a porcini mushroom sauce or spinach in tomato sauce, without pasta : polpettine di vitello (minced veal dumpling with tomato sauce), (saffron rice dumplings), potato croquettes, eggplant rolls... Opposite you, a nice section dedicated to fresh pasta, fettucini, tagliatelle, gnocchi and ravioli caprese, topolino or torinese, but also with truffles or porcini mushrooms... Enough to whet our appetite and travel a little south. Let's move on to hams: plain cooked, with herbs or truffles, 18 months Parma PDO, 22 months cured Culatello, speck; to sausages: Milano, Felino, Salamella, Puglia, Abruzzo, Aquilano, and so on, and the best to fall into the charcuterie, rich in every sense of the word, as well as mustella, mortadella, coppa, pancetta without forgetting the inevitable bresaola. Some dairy accommodations are not to displease you, either a sweet or spicy provolone, a tomme de Bra, a gorgonzola, a grana padano or the incredible mozzarella burrata as well as the "di bufala AOP" and to finish (dear to Pasolini), ricotta cheese... An excellent selection of various olive oils is very tempting, not only for pasta of all shapes and colours, but also for sparkling and still wines. In short, you have understood that Italy is at your feet. Note that we can prepare aperitifs, meals or buffets to order, that's also the bella Stora di Gusto!
