Formerly Boucherie Hervé Thévenet, Thibault Grillon has just been inducted as a Compagnon du goût. He continues with his choices in the tradition of quality meats of which his predecessor-pioneer was a great promoter. We work with old-fashioned white ham or marble it with foie gras, aged beef entrecôte and attractive small dishes. Plump, certified organic chickens and ducks delight young and old alike for festive dishes. La Maison Grillon remains welcoming, attentive and of uncompromising quality. A place to visit!
