In this oyster bar, the Commande or the Marenne are commanded all year round. And it's Grégory who opens them— he loves it! Tasting at the counter or table, with lemon, vinegar, rye bread and salted butter. Pressed? A flat formula of the day + dessert is also offered to eat on the thumb.
