Fromagerie Bernat 's specialities include Emmental, Gruyère, young and old Gouda, ladled and raw Camembert, and goat's cheeses of head-turning variety: from pyramids to logs, not forgetting crottin, dry, semi-dry or fresh, to suit every taste.
