Situated just across the street from Volailles des Halles, La Bergerie holds a singular place. 2024 representing twenty years of presence, it calls on many varieties from the region where goat's cheese in all its variations is given pride of place. A raw-milk specialist, it does not neglect other specialties such as camembert, blue cheese, pasta with the joyful flavour of sunny fields and cool cellars where all these processed cheeses mature long and surely, from 4 days to 36 months.
