JEAN-LUC DELAUNÉ
When Jean-Luc Delauné measures Rungis, he only seeks taste and origin to choose his fruits and vegetables. It wants the best for its clientele, exigente on quality and sensitive to the flavours of the soils of our regions. Thus, its stall, patchwork of shapes and colours summer and winter, is a feast for eyes! Rabelais or Jouno tomatoes all year or full-field Provence in summer, apricots Bergarouge (top!), green beans picked by hand, peaches, nectarines and lawyers sold ripe… So many products selected for their PDO, the quality of their varieties or the reputation of their brands. To complete, a fine grocery corner offers a choice of products: vinegar Martin Pouret, Dijon Fallot mustard, saffron and salées pistachio nuts from Iran, Chatka crab but also spices, orange flower, agave syrup, jams… An early one that gives you the right and cost 365 days a year. And that's what makes the house reputation for 20 years!
