Franck-Olivier Blin is passionate about gastronomy and the art of eating well, and has been working in the culinary world for over 16 years. After a number of experiences abroad in prestigious establishments, he settled with his wife Hélène in Les Halles Châtelet. There, in his laboratory, he concocts dishes combining French cuisine with influences from elsewhere.
