HOUSE OF POLYCULTURE
La Maison de la Polyculture welcomes you in Elm part of the year to discover the vine and wheat. The project was born in 2004 and aims to enhance the heritage of the region and to give access to the latter to the greatest number. This way, we discover the transformation of grain and vines through a selection of artefacts of yesteryear, a valuable guarantee of this agricultural work in the th and th centuries: hoe, false, van, tarare, wine lees, vendange, tamper, press or other objects of everyday life. It's an opportunity to feel, touch, listen… A real journey over time! Guided tours are arranged in week by reservation. A new youth area offers the possibility of family visits.
