LE CLOS DU VIGNERON
Hotel-restaurant with terrace in Ousson-sur-Loire serving elegant, fancy and bold dishes
Le Clos du Vigneron- a hotel-restaurant - combines beautifully appointed rooms with terraces with a more than respectable table. Fish takes pride of place (monkfish, sea bass, pike-perch, turbot, lobster); local produce is prepared with elegance, imagination and boldness. A generous menu to suit all tastes: those in a hurry, the languid, the gourmets and the gourmands. Cédric Botté, a pupil of Alain Ducasse and Bernard Loiseau, has earned the Maître Restaurateur label. He chose to set up shop right next to the legendary "Nationale 7". A touch of nostalgia!
