With some forty different products, there's something for everyone. Even those who don't usually enjoy fish could be convinced by the terrine prepared without jelly, breadcrumbs or, of course, enhancers or preservatives. The recipes are inventive and evolve according to demand and taste trends. The trout, raised on site in ponds fed by the river Sange, can also be bought live for fishing clubs and private individuals. It is also possible to come and do a fishing trip, by reservation only. These producers also hold several markets in the region, notably on Mondays in Sully-sur-Loire. This demanding work deserves to be noticed. And the owner is not short of wit, which is a bonus.
