A festival of natural colors at La Table des Célestes. The menu changes every week, with different starters, main courses, plant-based cheeses and desserts. 100% vegan, Stéphanie's recipes are highly inventive. Dishes include zucchini caviar, coral lentil moussaka and rustic Datil plum tartlet. Needless to say, everything is organically grown, and the wines and beers are local, in the same spirit of respect for nature. In short, it's a feat of market gardening!
