LA SICILIA

It is 21 h 30, you are hungry and you are in the East of Orléans, near St Denis of the Hotel… It is difficult to find a restaurant open in the corner and can receive you so late! A Fast Food? Mouaih… That would be the ultimate solution. Moreover, there is a step too far: McDonald's of Chécy! But this evening, you'd rather be "traditional cooking." Pizza, pasta or salad? Oh yes, here you vote for! And good news: you are saved! A call to La Sicilia and within 10 minutes, you will sit! Because here you are even greeted late in the evening! To access the restaurant, you will pass a small porch in the "Grande Rue" of St Denis of the Hotel which descends on the Loire, in a place where it is wild and so beautiful, that it invites you to beautiful strolls! By entering, you will be greeted with kindness by the mistress, always smiling. Inside, stones, pots and frescos for the Italian note, small wooden bridge right in the middle of the restaurant, bar corner, children's corner with games at the entrance (to give children waiting for their parents to have recovered their dishes), the whole is simple and cool. The map gives you a wide choice of 23 pizzas (including the original "5 cheeses"), 7 pasta dishes (spaghetti, rigatonis or soup cooked in different ways) and 7 salads. It is not a bad restaurant, but a nice little restaurant, very practical and not too expensive.
