GRILL COURTEPAILLE
It's been more than half a century since the Courtepaille Grill - created by Jean Loisier in 1961 - reels its restaurants across France (no less than 266 at present) with its current concept, since the compendium of this establishment is the cooking of grilled meat, a meal that can prepare quickly and lighter than meat in sauce, question line and calories. Effective and nutritious, its success on the roads and highways is justified, because the idea is amazing. Beef and pork in all their variations, veal rib, chicken white and duck net now are also part of the game. Welcome salad is offered and cooking is perfect if not without any problems the dish is redone: a good note for the greench specialists!
