INDOCHINE 45
Vietnamese restaurant installed at the limit of Orleans, in Saint-Jean-de-la-Ruelle
A plethora of Asian restaurants is invading every city in France. Orleans is no exception. And among all these, how do you recognise yourself when you are a neophyte? Indochine 45 comes at just the right time, because this Vietnamese restaurant keeps its promises and its cuisine is to be tasted. Located on the edge of Orléans, in Saint-Jean-de-la-Ruelle, this beautiful place with its sober, peaceful decor and natural light, invites you to taste it à la carte or as part of a menu. Flagship dishes make up the astonishing Vietnamese cuisine. Always supple in the mouth and delicate, it never offends the interior with its relatively imposing weight. Nonetheless, it is a very good food, because it knows how to combine the various ingredients, and is gifted with finesse in cutting the required elements, but also with ad hoc cooking, in other words: impeccable. Prawns and chicken are combined in many dishes, but they are dressed with black mushrooms and bamboo shoots, garnished with mint leaves, salad and carrots, and the finely chopped ensemble on an al dente noodle dish offers a tasty pleasure. Here one tastes, quietly and serenely, and it is rare enough to be emphasized. The dessert, the fruit of a clever mix of sweet and salty, well before the letter, conjugates in us a beautiful final of meal... in suspension... Because you will come back to it!
