La crèmerie Brun de Lait - GAEC du Bois Brillant is a farm that processes the milk of its 70 Brown cows. These cows are appreciated for their hardiness and ability to adapt to the local environment, as well as for the quality of their milk, which is richer in protein and fat. The farm offers a wide range of dairy products, including yoghurts, fromage frais, rice pudding, faisselle, fromage frais, farmhouse tomme and homemade butter. Visitors can meet the cows at a tasting session and buy products directly from the farm. On other weekdays and weekends, the crèmerie is closed.
