The crèmerie Brun de Lait - GAEC du Bois Brillant is a must for dairy product lovers. On this farm, 70 Brown cows produce quality milk, richer in protein and fat. The farm's owners chose this breed for its hardiness and ability to adapt to the local environment. They use this milk to make a variety of products including yoghurts, fromage frais, rice pudding, faisselle, fromage frais, farmhouse tomme and homemade butter. Visitors have the opportunity to meet the cows at an on-farm tasting session, and to buy the products directly on site.
