BIBLIOTHÈQUE ABBÉ-GRÉGOIRE

Located in downtown Blois, the Bibliothèque Abbé-Grégoire is an imposing half-industrial, half-contemporary building that is full of good ideas. And it starts on its roofs where beehives have taken up residence and that visitors can observe from the bay windows of the staircase. Honey is harvested there every year in June: a sight not to be missed. Inside, there are four levels including a university library, an old collection, an audiovisual corner (music, cinema, video games), and an ephemeral exhibition area. A paradise for the curious!
