DOMAINE DU PARC DE MÉNARS
Close to Chambord, 20 kilometres from Blois, in a prestigious area of walls dating back to the 500 th century and cut by large metalled alleys, the legacy of the marchioness de Pompadour, the hunting area opens up about hectares. A huge park, it owes its popularity to its exceptional population of large game, including wild boar and deer. For 15 years, it is Christian Picard who organizes the Hunts with a real concern for conviviality and success. There are three ways to meet the needs and requirements of customers. Big battues with small dogs can hunt with more than 20 rifles on large enclosures. Below 10 hunters, the enclosures are scaled down and one can do 4 to 5 beaten hours in one hour. Finally, accompanied by a guide, you can hunt at the approach or on the lookout.
