Le 1862, a gourmet restaurant with a Michelin star, is the restaurant of the famous Hôtel des Glycines. The cuisine, both elegant and unpretentious, is based on the chef's passion for local produce and seasonal vegetables: veal and lamb, fruit and vegetables from the hotel's kitchen garden, walnut oil from the mill, organic goat's cheese, trout from the river, sturgeon and caviar from Les Eyzies, not forgetting the chef's favorite, the Périgord black truffle. Here, the Périgord terroir enjoys its finest hour.

Le repas était correct
Le personnel est souriant et agreable
Entrée et plat parfaits.
Le dessert n’est pas au niveau, mousse au chocolat ordinaire.
Les serveurs sont sympas et disponibles.
Un bon endroit.
Pour le dessert, la mousse au chocolat est très bonne mais la quantité est un peu juste.
