Le 1862, a gourmet restaurant with a Michelin star, is the restaurant of the famous Hôtel des Glycines. The cuisine, both elegant and unpretentious, is based on the chef's passion for local produce and seasonal vegetables: veal and lamb, fruit and vegetables from the hotel's kitchen garden, walnut oil from the mill, organic goat's cheese, trout from the river, sturgeon and caviar from Les Eyzies, not forgetting the chef's favorite, the Périgord black truffle. Here, the Périgord terroir enjoys its finest hour.

L'accueil sympathique, un service intimiste à la hauteur et pour couronner le tout une vaisselle artisanale artistique et une verrerie qui fait mentir le dicton selon lequel qu'importerait le flacon pourvu qu'on ait l'ivresse !!!
Fatalement pas donné...Mais franchement pas volé.
