Thanks to the accession of nine new institutions, the Association now has 102 members. The AFdPZ Conservation Fund currently supports 22 conservation programs. In 2021, three new programmes were added to the list, including the Turtle Refuge Association's programme to build and manage a reception centre for aquatic and terrestrial turtles based in Haute-Garonne, and the CRB programme in French Guiana, which aims to protect amphibians by creating a cryo-banking (cold storage) centre for seeds and unfertilized eggs of wild species in the region. At the World Conservation Congress, IUCN members defined the NATURE 2030 programme, one nature, one future, divided into five areas of action: Humanity, Land, Water, Oceans, Climate. France, the host country in 2021, is particularly committed.
