But Sophie's claim to simplicity doesn't mean she can't offer quality: she buys from local producers to ensure her produce is fresh and as organic as possible. This choice, which also leads her to reduce the menu, does not hinder her creativity. Inspired by her many travels, she likes to infuse her dishes with Asian influences and Mediterranean accents. A lovely little address where you'll be pampered by pleasant service.
