La Grange aux savoir-faire is a training center located in Vallières-les-Grandes, in the Loir-et-Cher region. Since 2017, it has been offering courses based on homemade, where participants can learn to make bread, viennoiseries, charcuterie, jams, beer and more. The courses are taught by local craftsmen and run in small groups of eight to ten people. Until now, classes have been held in the owners' kitchen, but La Grange aux savoir-faire will soon be moving to new, renovated premises. Renovation work on the Provost's building, where the center will be located, is nearing completion. The 370 m² building will include a central kitchen, six rooms for trainees and an outdoor vegetable garden.
