Since 2011, Jean-Marc Gobert's organic bakery has been delighting the inhabitants of the small village of Cornay with its hand-kneaded bread baked in its barn, which houses an authentic 9-tonne "à gueulard" clay brick oven. Every week, the artisan baker makes 50 kg of bread that he sells at the Vouziers market or delivers to the village and local shops. By appointment, you can visit his bakery and discover the secrets of bread making by participating in educational workshops.
