At the hotel restaurant Les Colonnes Strasbourg-Zénith, the chef offers two types of cuisine: traditional or semi-gastro. Munster shank, veal kidney puff pastry with chanterelles... We particularly appreciated the homemade duck foie gras with its seasonal fruit chutney. So many quality dishes that go perfectly with the wines stored in the house's cellar.
