Une salle formidable. Cela fait bientôt 7 ans que j'y suis tellement je suis accro. les cours sont variés et on se sent encadré, donc pas de risques de blessure. On se renforce dans la bonne humeur, moi ça me donne envie d'y aller régulièrement.
