Restaurant with terrace offering local specialties
Julien Ricail's second restaurant, just a few metres from his Auberge de la Tour, is an unmissable address in the Givetois area for a taste of Ardennes bistronomy! All the specialities of the region are proudly represented, revisited with talent by the chef whose reputation is well established. We start with the Rimbaud terrine, the local pâté that plays the poet, before the Ardennes salad and its famous wild boar ham, then we go a little further south with the grilled andouillette with mustard... At weekends, you can enjoy the themed menus and when the sun is out, head for the terrace for a cocktail on the banks of the Meuse, you can almost hear the seagulls!
