MOULIN DES ETANGS (M. BENOIT DOILLON)
Benoît Doillon runs the Moulin des Etangs. A family mill company for five generations, with its existence dating back to 1882, this wheat flour mill provides the local bakers of the region, as well as pizzerias, butchers, caterers, in short all those whose craft leads to the use of flour.
