The restaurant offers you a refined cuisine, made from fresh and local produce. The menu is renewed every week according to the market and includes dishes with local flavours, such as the triple A andouillette casserole with Chaource cream, or more exotic dishes, such as quinoa risotto with shrimps and its sweet and sour sauce, or royal sea bream with spinach cream.
