After a tour of the estate and its orchards, you can sample different varieties of the sweet beverage, including Joyeux (between brut and demi-sec), Flatteur (a demi-sec), Intense (a little more alcoholic), Poiré and Frênette, a medieval non-alcoholic drink made from hops, chicory and ash leaves.
