Located just a stone's throw from the Vieilles Forges lake, the Pont des Aulnes farm is the ideal place to sample local cuisine, stop off for the night or simply enjoy a refreshing drink on the terrace in the peace and quiet of its three-hectare grounds. The establishment, which has just been taken over by Nicolas Cart, offers a menu in the colors of the Ardennes, renewed every fortnight. You'll be tempted by gourmet dishes featuring local specialties such as cassolette de boudin blanc de Haybes, fricassee de volaille au cidre ardennais or mignon de porc à la moutarde Clovis. The farm also boasts four beautiful guest rooms named in honor of the four Aymon sons: Renaud, Allard, Richard and Guichard.
