A gourmet stopover with a panoramic view of Lake Bairon! On sunny days, you can sit on its magnificent terrace to enjoy the sun, the breathtaking view of the lake and the surrounding nature and the many concerts that liven up the meal. On the menu, a traditional cuisine that highlights local and seasonal products. In summer, we opt for a refreshing organic salad from the ferme de la Binette, topped with white pudding and local dry ham, followed by a trout from the Domaine de Vendresse. As soon as the weather cools down, we welcome with pleasure the good homemade dishes that comfort us, next to the wood stove: bacon salad, beef salad with vine grower, tartiflette... without forgetting the game in season and the traditional wild boar in a forest style tournedos or in stewed sauce grand veneur, it is always a real treat.
