MATTON-ET-CLÉMENCY ARBORETUM

Located in the 3-flowered village of Matton-et-Clémency, the arboretum received the first national tree award in 2003. It extends over one hectare and presents nearly 150 different species. On the edge of the communal forest, the arboretum is a pleasant natural setting, surrounded by a hedge of twenty-five varieties of shrubs. Swans, carp and goldfish animate the pond, which has an island in its centre linked to the banks by two small bridges.
