An enchanting natural setting for this modern wooden museum built on stilts deep in the forest. It tells the story of the forest, its flora and fauna, and the way it has been exploited by man. Outside the museum, in the woods, over 35 animated workcamps recreate the skills and techniques of yesteryear. Seven museographic rooms, with models and videos, present the historical evolution from primary forest to forestation. An audio guide takes visitors on a stroll through the forest at the time of its exploitation. And don't forget the terrace with its view of the forest!
