Now located in the beautiful village of Rouvroy-sur-Audry, in a fully renovated modern setting, the Aux Restaurant, offers its guests a view of the kitchens as well as to make them participate in the feast. Chef Jean-Michel Marchal will let you discover some traditional recipes revisited by his exuberant imagination. What would you say in the entry of a feuilleté of calf to the morels (14,50 €) or an inert, of volaille poultry and ham (10 €), in main flat of a duck-painted duck magret and Poivre pepper (16,50 €) or a sweet biche, flavoured chocolate (€ 15,50) and finally dessert A Fondant heart (6,50 €) or a carpaccio of kiwi, mango grout and red fruits (6 €). His supplies wife Aurélie will give you his wise advice to accompany these little wonders. The house offers gift cards as well as wines to be taken to the merchant fare. Good tasting!
