Very average, to see nonexistent!
Meal times, and table attributed in a very military! Fortunately, other nice guests put a little atmosphere and engage a touch of conversation.
The room:
No unchanged decoration, lino and shower room the 60.Porte glazed room (thank you privacy) and walls way paper cigarette (you can hear the neighbours well whirr) Cleanliness limits (a colony of fly died at our entrance in the bedroom) Prévoir its shower gel (not provided), and towels (and grey and perforated) Bedding IKEA first prize flat-chested woman.
Meal drinkable, but without any attention for guests! (no talking, no decor, no presentation)
Furnished and old-fashioned depressing common areas. Do not forget your torch! However, if you want to go out at night, contact in advance (that seems to extortionate dare to require it) or bring a metal worker!
Basically a pretty potential, but spoiled! perhaps blasé owners? )

Accueil inexistant, propreté plus que déplorable, chambres non rénovées depuis de longues années, propriétaires non impliqués dans la vie des hôtes. Repas correct mais aucun service. C'est décevant et peu chaleureux. La seule note positive vient des autres personnes qui comme nous sont venues en espérant partager de la convivialité. Le cadre extérieur est agréable mais rien n'est fait pour que les hôtes se sentent à l'aise.
