This Romano-Byzantine building was built in 1896 by the architect Couty, on the donation of the pastor Charles Goulden, a wealthy patron. This building replaces the old temple of 1803, which became too small and given to the Reformation de Sedan by the Minister of Cults. The bodies of the parents of Turenne and five other members of his family were transported on 12 October 1930.
