In the heart of the legendary Ardennes forest, Philippe Boudard welcomes you to his tavern with an unusual concept, the Tchar Scaille, which means shale cart in Ardennes Walloon. As you pass through the door, the dance of the skeletons on the walls sets the tone and the poetic journey to the in-between world begins. At the table, the menu is unique and we have a feast in the conviviality. With the grilled pig accompanied by organic vegetables cultivated by a market gardener of Chooz, without forgetting the Trappist beer and the hypocras, there is plenty to eat! A unique experience.
