In a pretty isolated farmhouse, nestled in the greenery and forest of the Ardennes, come and recharge your batteries and spend a pleasant moment in the company of Bruno and Agnès Ayer, in the old mill of Gironval. They welcome you in one of the five character guest rooms, with a rustic decor. Each has its own private bathroom and sanitary facilities. A cot is available on request. Breakfast is served in the veranda on the nature side. You will taste local menus, including the famous Ardennes bacon salad, Ardennes ham, bacon salad, cheeses, bread, pancake and Ardennes sugar tart, all "homemade" and you can quench your thirst with a bowl of cider, made by Bruno. and aged in oak barrels.
Open on Saturday evening, Sunday lunchtime and public holidays by reservation.
