He receives by appointment and it is a pity that we cannot come to see his talent with the wind. A graduate of the École des Chefs, this passionate man has chosen to continue making his jams in copper basins, in the traditional way. It can offer you the common flavors, cherry, raspberry, etc., but also quince, mandarin and the latest to live the experience!
