ST. STEPHEN'S CHURCH
Church built from 1505 with an abundant statuary that presents statues of Dominique le Florentin in Bar-sur-Seine
This church was built from 1505 on the site of two previous churches from the 10th and 11th centuries. The styles of the Renaissance and the flamboyant Gothic are mixed in this very majestic building. The polychrome stained glass windows and their 16th century grisailles deserve to be renovated. An abundant statuary presents statues of Dominic the Florentine and alabaster bas-reliefs of the Trojan school. To see a beautiful flesh idealizing Saint Stephen and the bench of work XVIIth century as well as an organ restored in 1989.
