Daughter of a harvester-manipulator and a harvester-manipulator herself, Brigitte Baroni has been practicing her craft with passion since 1980. Her 2.5-hectare vineyard is planted with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, and cultivated according to the principles of viticulture raisonnée. Each year, she produces around 20,000 bottles of Champagne Brut Tradition and Rosé. On the tour, you'll discover a traditional working method, with a wooden press and bottles lying on laths.
