The B & B hotel chain does not have the charm of the small Troyes hotels, but it offers an honest price/price ratio, most of which have been renovated. Barberey is very well located, close to the airport, and a few minutes from the factory shops, but you will need a vehicle to enjoy the city. The comfortable, spacious rooms offer impeccable service. They deserve more maintenance. Although a little bit of character, the B & B are good and practical and especially without a bad surprise, with their 24 h/24. Attention, in Troyes, two B & B are to be cited: that of Barberey and Troyes-Saint-Parres. Note that they have rooms for 4 people with mezzanine, useful for families with children, and rooms for disabled with Italian shower.

Arrivé tard, nous avons préféré manger sur place plutôt que de redescendre en centre ville, et nous ne l'avons pas regretté. Le repas était très correct, copieux , goûteux et le service très agréable; ce fut une belle surprise dans un hôtel de cette gamme.
