JOURNÉE DES PLANTES
Every year, the small village of Bergères, with less than two hundred inhabitants, between Troyes and Chaumont, opens its doors to more than 10,000 experienced visitors, or less, from horticulture. The streets of the village, the courses and barns lent by the inhabitants are invested by renowned horticulturists and nursery specialists, all becoming pedestrian sectors. A hundred exhibitors make available a multitude of plants, roses, cacti, orchids… and offer many tips to amateurs. We appreciate the willingness of merchants, their sharing of knowledge and their ability to adapt to customers. This very warm demonstration seems to pass commercial interests after the love of plants. You will find bulbs, like medicinal plants, books, but also what gravitates around wood, natural crafts and land. Please note that a shuttle (free of charge such as entrance) from Bar-sur-Aube hotel can help you reach the village. The entrance to her is free.
