LA FÊTE DE LA CHOUCROUTE
The Saucroute Fair, the 60 th in 2018, is one of the best gastronomic dates in the auwood region and the organizers have been able to bounce back so that tradition does not lose. Saucera, especially champagne, is the star of this event. To the program: authentic tasting under the halles or in restaurants, tanks of tanks and folk groups walking on the streets of the city. The Halles house the gourmands who wish to taste this, but the city of Brienne-le-Château seems to wake up, the time of a weekend, in music, through exhibitions, competitions like that of heifers. The entrance is free of charge and it is the opportunity for everyone to make a gastronomic tour of the region. A folk party in every sense of the word.
